My Charcogram boxes are seasonally and holiday themed, filled with charcuterie and antipasto arranged with local items from farms such as Old 300 Ranch smoked almonds, 3 sisters farms cured egg yolk, Jams and jellies from local crafters, funky and fragrant cheeses from Houston Dairy Maids, cured meats, fresh veg, juicy berries, sweets and treats and pickled things from all over the city as well as seasonings and dehydrated items. I prepare my charcuterie in a pizza box to go for your convenience on weekends and holidays only. I book quickly so please preorder no less than 4 days in advance. I can personalize your box for 2-10 persons depending on if it is for an addition to a light bites spread or served as a full meal for a date night or girls night or brunch party… even picnics and house showings. I specialize in Keto so your charcogram can be made low carb if requested. I can add a message to the box if you’d like as well. I deliver to my local drop spots at Carolines eatery in spring, Rebar in Tomball or the Pallottas parking lot on Friday at lunch. Heights deliveries are on Saturday at 10:30 at the Cadillac Bar parking lot. I cannot specify pricing or item inclusion due to the fact that every order is different, seasonal and depends on the client and the time of year it is. The pricing below is a box that feeds 1-2 persons with delivery to one of my local drop spots included. Choose local pick up at check out and comment what location.
